In August of 2017, our Epi Info™ Community Questions and Answers site was moved to a new Atlassian Connect framework.  Unfortunately, this means some features were lost and anonymous users (users not signed in) are no longer able to browse the questions and answers.

You'll need to provide your email address in order to get a custom link to set your password.  

Next, You'll Need to Log In

After your account is set up, or if you already have one, then you'll need to sign in with your email and password.  

To sign into your Epi Info Service Desk account, you can go here:  Log In To Epi Info™ Service Desk

When you successfully log in, you'll see the main Customer Portal page.
